Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your order at any time within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the last item of your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (umewe, Proprietor: Nisa Anton) of your decision to cancel your order with a clear statement. You can do so in writing by contacting us at info@umewe.eu. You may use the provided sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. The sample withdrawal form can be downloaded here.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, in full within 14 days after you have informed us of the withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the items back. Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs. We will use the same payment method for the refund as was used in your original order.

Items must be returned to us (umewe, Buckhörner Moor 110, 22846 Norderstedt) without delay, at the latest within 14 days from the day you inform us of your decision to withdraw. The deadline is met if you send the items before the 14-day period expires. Return shipping is at your own expense; please send returns exclusively with tracking, and always use the following address:

If the returned items show stains or other damage, we cannot accept them and will return them to you. The items must be in their original condition, including all woven and paper labels. You are only liable for any diminished value of the items if this is due to handling beyond what is necessary to assess the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the items.
